Analizzando la prima interfaccia grafica uomo macchina, Sketchpad (1963), sviluppata da Ivan Suntherland scopro che questi in seguito (1968) apre una societą con Dave Evans che si chiama E&S i cui primi dipendenti sono Jim Clark, fondatore di Silicon Graphics e di Pixar animation Studios, e John Warnock presidente e fondatore di Adobe.
